How do I place/make an order?

Simply go to the shopping tab and browse through the categories. When you find something you like, you can add it to you cart and follow the ordering process. Once your order has been placed you will receive a email/sms to confirm you order.

 

How does payment work?

We currently have 2 payment options. You can make a direct deposit into our account or you can make payment in store. Our Banking details will be provided once your order has been placed.

 

Is VAT charged?

All product prices are already inclusive of VAT.

 

The item I want is out of stock, what now?

We try to restock as often as possible, but sometimes we do have delays in having certain products restocked. If a product is out of stock, please feel free to contact us via email, WhatsApp or our live chat and we will try our best to source it for you.

 

How can I track my order?

We will provide you with Tracking information as soon as the package has been sent.

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Once you have placed your order and the payment reflects on our side we will send your package, which should take about 4 - 7 Business days to arrive. 

 

Pre-Order Cancellation Policy?

By placing a pre-order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

10% Cancellation Fee: All pre-orders are subject to a non-refundable 10% cancellation fee. This applies to any and all pre-orders canceled for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, financial constraints, or delays in product availability.

No Exceptions: This fee will be deducted from the total refund amount, with no exceptions. Once a pre-order has been processed, it incurs administrative and processing costs that are not recoverable. Therefore, we cannot waive the cancellation fee under any circumstances.

Non-Negotiable: By confirming your pre-order, you acknowledge and accept that this policy is firm and non-negotiable.

Pre-Order Availability: We will notify you once your pre-ordered product arrives and is ready for shipment or collection. Please be aware that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as shipping or production issues, but this does not constitute grounds for cancellation without incurring the fee.
